Anthony Theriault leads property acquisitions, investment strategy, and portfolio development for Vassar & Company Properties.

With more than two decades of experience in strategic procurement, investment analysis, and operational leadership including 12 years serving in the United States Coast Guard within the supply chain division he brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to every acquisition. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the Tampa Bay area, providing direct market insight and hands-on expertise within one of Florida’s most active real estate markets.

He oversees the identification and procurement of properties aligned with the firm’s long-term vision, combining sharp financial analysis with a deep understanding of market dynamics to uncover opportunities that offer both character and strong investment value.
