We act as a coordinator and payment facilitator

3. Payment Structure
Payments are collected by Vassar & Company Properties, LLC and may include:
Service fees for coordination and platform use
Contractor service charges
Once a service is completed, funds are distributed accordingly.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
A. Service Not Performed
If a scheduled service was not completed and no work was performed
B. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged incorrectly or billed more than once
C. Verified Service Issue
If there is a documented issue with the service that materially deviates from the agreed scope
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled or completed service.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
Services that have been completed as agreed
Minor dissatisfaction that does not relate to scope or quality standards
Issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
Change of mind after booking

7. Cancellations
A. Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on timing
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
B. Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable

If you experience an issue with a service:

9. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
