About the Role
We are seeking experienced Commercial Cleaning Specialists to support our growing portfolio of commercial properties and client accounts.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on property needs, and contractors have the ability to accept work that fits their availability.
Responsibilities include:
Perform commercial cleanings (offices, retail spaces, common areas, and multi-unit facilities)
Maintain cleanliness standards for business operations and property presentation
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and scope of work for each job
Report job completion and communicate any maintenance or service issues
Ensure consistency and quality across all assigned properties
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior commercial cleaning experience (required)
Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to handle office, retail, and multi-unit property cleanings
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Ability to follow cleaning scopes and property-specific instructions
