About the Role
We are seeking experienced Electricians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service calls, maintenance needs, and renovation projects, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues (wiring, outlets, breakers, panels, lighting, etc.)
Install and upgrade electrical systems and components
Perform service calls for tenant-occupied and vacant properties
Support renovation and make-ready projects
Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
Requirements
Valid electrician license (State of Florida or applicable certification)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work
Must have your own tools and equipment
Ability to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems independently
Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
