About the Role
We are seeking experienced Landscaping Specialists to maintain and enhance the exterior appearance of our residential and commercial properties.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on property needs, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities include:
Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
Conduct property cleanups, including debris and yard waste removal
Maintain landscaping beds, shrubs, and plants
Prepare properties for showings, tenants, or listing photos
Identify landscaping issues and recommend improvements
Ensure properties maintain strong curb appeal and professional presentation
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior landscaping or lawn care experience (required)
Must have your own equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Ability to perform routine lawn maintenance and property cleanups
Knowledge of plant care, trimming, and basic landscaping techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
