About the Role
We are seeking experienced Painting Contractors to support renovation, maintenance, and property preparation projects across our portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on property needs, scope, and timelines, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.
Responsibilities include:
Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and light commercial properties
Prepare surfaces (patching, sanding, priming, caulking) for high-quality finishes
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using proper techniques and equipment
Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and professional presentation
Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Communicate project progress, timelines, and completion updates
Requirements
Valid contractor license (if required by State of Florida/local regulations)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial painting
Ability to complete interior and exterior painting projects
Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and finishing techniques
Must have your own tools, equipment, and supplies (sprayers, rollers, ladders, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards
Ability to manage projects, timelines, and job site cleanliness
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
