About the Role
We are seeking experienced Plumbers to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service requests, maintenance needs, and renovation projects, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters, etc.)
Install, maintain, and replace plumbing systems and components
Perform service calls for occupied and vacant properties
Support renovation and make-ready projects
Identify issues and recommend long-term solutions
Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
Requirements
Valid plumbing license (State of Florida or applicable certification)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial plumbing
Must have your own tools and equipment
Ability to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems independently
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
