About the Role
We are seeking experienced Handymen to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service requests, maintenance needs, and project scope, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities include:
Perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
Handle tasks such as drywall patching, painting, fixture installation, minor plumbing, and electrical work
Complete make-ready and turnover work for properties
Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proven experience in general repairs and property maintenance
Must have your own tools and basic equipment
Skilled in light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work
Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance tasks independently
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
