About the Role
We are seeking experienced Residential Cleaning Specialists to support our growing portfolio of homes and client accounts.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on demand, and contractors have the ability to accept work that fits their availability.
Responsibilities include:
Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, turnovers)
Prepare homes for homeowners, tenants, or real estate listings
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and property-specific instructions
Maintain high-quality standards across all properties
Report job completion and communicate any issues or concerns
Ensure consistency, reliability, and professionalism in every job
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior residential cleaning experience (required)
Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and turnover cleanings
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
