About the Role
We are seeking experienced Septic Service Technicians to support our residential property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service calls, inspections, and maintenance needs, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities include:
Inspect, pump, and service septic systems
Diagnose system issues and recommend repairs or maintenance
Maintain and service drain fields and related components
Ensure proper disposal and compliance with environmental regulations
Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures
Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior septic system service experience (required)
Proper licensing/certification for septic services (State of Florida, if applicable)
Must have access to necessary equipment (pump truck or service partnerships)
Knowledge of septic systems, drain fields, and maintenance procedures
Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions
Understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
