About the Role
We are seeking experienced Window Cleaning Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on property needs, turnovers, and service requests, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities include:
Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and light commercial properties
Remove dirt, buildup, and streaks to deliver a clear, professional finish
Clean window frames, tracks, and screens as needed
Prepare properties for showings, tenants, or real estate listings
Follow safety protocols when working at heights or using ladders
Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior window cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial preferred)
Must have your own equipment (squeegees, extension poles, ladders, cleaning solutions, etc.)
Ability to safely clean interior and exterior windows, including multi-story properties
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Strong attention to detail and streak-free finishing standards
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
